How to Flash or Install Stock ROM on Qualcomm Devices Using QPST Flash Tool
Warning: Flashing or installing Stock ROM using QPST Flash Tool will result in data wipe. Therefore, we recommend you to back up your data before using the tool.
Sometimes, after flashing the official ROM on your phone, you might encounter a network issue due to IMEI flashing error. You can solve this issue from here.
How to Flash Stock ROM Using QPST Flash Tool
- Download and install Qualcomm USB Driver on your computer (if the driver software is already installed on your computer, skip this step).
Note: If you encounter “This site can’t be reached” while downloading the drivers, the download link might be blocked in your country. In that case, install a VPN extension for your browser or run a VPN program.
- Download the Stock ROM for your Qualcomm device and extract it on your computer (you can find Stock ROM on our website or through Google).
- Download and extract QPST Flash Tool on your computer. Once extracted, you will see the following files:

- It will appear to you at the beginning of the installation as shown in the following image, but then the normal installation system will appear to you, like any program.
- Open the tool through the Start menu or by going to this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm\QPST\bin.
- Connect your Android device with Qualcomm processor to the computer using a USB cable.
- Select the Port, as shown in the image.
- The tool will recognize your device, as shown in the image.
- Select “Start Clients” and then choose “Software Download.”
- In the first “Browse” box, your phone will be selected.
- Click “Browse” in the second box and select the ROM file you downloaded.
- In the “Boot Image” box, click “Browse” and choose the BOOT_LOADER.HEX file. You can find this file inside the downloaded ROM (if it’s not there, it’s okay).
- Click “Start” and the flashing process will begin.
- When it reaches 100%, the flashing is complete.
- Disconnect your phone from the computer.
- Congratulations!
